What is Einstein Engagement Scoring? #
Einstein Engagement Scoring is a feature available in Marketing Cloud Next allowing you to understand the Profile/Persona of your customer based on how he interact with your email communications. i.e. a very engaged customer that opens all your emails will be called a Loyalist and the opposite – a customer that doesn’t opens/click your emails will be named ‘Dormant’. As well as how likely a customer will open/click your emails. Having the possibility to understand your customer allows you to deliver a personalised experience and adapt your email marketing strategy – different type of emails to different type of customers.
